Girls' Basketball: 1997-1998, 1998-1999, and 1999-2000 City Champions

Boys' Track: 1998-1999 City Champions

Girls' Track: 1998-1999 City Champions

Golf Team: 1996-1997, 1997-1998, 1998-1999, 1999-2000 City Champions

Tennis Team: 1998-1999 City Champions

Softball Team: 2004-2005 City Champions (undefeated)

Spirit Groups:

Cheerleaders: Cheerleaders are selected each spring. They should promote school spirit, be school leaders, and maintain the policies of Youree Drive Middle School. They will represent Youree at atheletic events.

Requirements for try-outs are as follows:

• Must maintain a 1.5 and above overall grade point average as required by Caddo Parish Policy; however, sponsors suggest a 2.0 GPA.

• Must be an active member in good standing of Pep Squad, Danceline, or 6th or 7th grade cheerleader.

• Must not have been dismissed from any of these activities.

• Must maintain a good discipline record (No suspensions or excessive time out room assignments or detentions).

Pep Squad: Pep Squad is open to all sixth, seventh, and eighth grade girls at Youree Drive Middle School. Members attend all pep rallies, football games, and basketball games.
