2 CMM students attended GUMBO games, which is a para track and field meet, last Friday at Lee Hedges Stadium. They both did amazing! Waylon Acklin placed 1st in the 20m and 60m electric wheelchair races and 1st place in the slalom course, soft shot, and club throw! Ananais Robinson placed 1st in the 100m and long jump and 2nd place in the shotput and discus! Way to go, Stallions!

This weekend, CMM’s lacrosse teams hit the field with determination and skill. The 6th-grade team delivered a dominant performance, securing an impressive 9-2 victory. Meanwhile, the 7th/8th-grade team battled through a tough loss showing incredible effort and teamwork.

The Intermediate Band went to District Festival yesterday and received a superior on stage and a superior in sight reading, which gave us an overall sweepstakes award. This is the highest honor for district festival! Our student conductor, Rand Price, received a superior rating for his conducting of Sweetwater March. This is a huge honor as the conductor is decided by his peers in the intermediate band. Congratulations! The Advanced Band will go to district festival today. Wish them luck today!
