Summer Accelerate Program Registration Information
For current DBMS 4th -7th graders

Your student is being invited to participate in the Summer Accelerate Program. Students will participate in reading, writing, and math activities. Please contact Mrs. Kacie Brown at klbrown@caddoschools.org or call 318-364-1179 if you have any questions.
By submitting this form you understand the following:
- The program is Monday through Friday from 8:15am - 2:15PM.
- Transportation to and from the program will be provided, if requested.
- Breakfast and lunch will be provided daily.
- By committing, my student will attend all ten days of the program.
- Students must dress appropriately for school but are not required to wear a school uniform.
